Processing time depends on the products availability. Our processing time is 1 - 4 days.

WHAT DOES PRE-ORDERING MEAN?
When you order an item that is marked as pre-order it means it is ordered AFTER you buy. This means you have to understand it will ship later than items that are on hand. Pre ordered items have to arrive to me first AND THEN I ship it to you!

TRACKING NUMBERS:
Your tracking number will be sent to you via the email you used to place the order. If you did not receive a tracking number AFTER the processing days have been completed THEN email me for more updates.

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?
Processing on orders take 1-4 days. Monday through Saturday, Sundays or holidays are not included. . Larger or customized orders MAY take longer. Please note that processing starts 24 hours AFTER order is placed.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
After your order is shipped, it takes about 2-5 business days. If your order is delayed, it is because of USPS or your mail carrier, and not in my control.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

DO WE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, we do not. I am not responsible for damaged or stolen items. After item is shipped, I no longer have control or access over your order. If your package is damaged, it was probably because of mishandling of the mail carrier. In that case that you do try to ask for a refund, I will send you a picture or copy of this as validation that I DO NOT.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a tracking number via the email you placed the order with. If you do not receive a tracking number after processing days are over with, PROPERLY contact me to discuss
ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER, HOW DO I KNOW IT IS SUCCESSFUL?
You will receive a conformation email with the details of your order. If you do not receive an email, your order was not successful. EVERY ORDER gets an order number and email, if you did not receive either and you "claim" to have purchased, I must see legitimate proof including transactions & statements.
WHY DOES MY ORDER SAY PRE-SHIPMENT?
It could mean:
The package could still be in the seller's possession. The package could have been dropped off and is still being held/sorted by USPS. The package could have been sorted by USPS and sent off without being scanned. The package could be stolen/lost/misplaced.
